Our Little Patriots hittin' the town!
Tate and Naomi paying homage to their ancestry.
Consequently, Tate was shooting at every British flag he saw all day long...
...which was many a British flag.
The College of William and Mary.
Colonial Williamsburg
Naomi stopped for some rest for her weary legs.
Great Wolf Waterpark pics
A pic of the indoor waterpark at the Great Wolf Lodge. If you look, you can see a huge bucket at just over the red roof. The bucket fills with water and then dumps it out every five minutes or so. Tate loved that part!
The Tornado!
Two inches too short, but Tate manned up and went down the Tornado with Daddy.
Tate said this was his favorite ride, but became very nervous when he thought he'd have to go again!

Early America
On our way home from Virginia Beach, we stopped off at Jamestown (America's earliest colony) and Colonial Williamsburg!
Tate is walking a path on Jamestown Island:
One Blue Umbrella-ella-ella, eh, eh, eh
Friends on the beach, sharing the umbrella...as the song goes,
"I'll be your friend, gonna stick it out to the end..."
Our "Click Moment"
Emily called this a "Click Moment." You know, the kind that you miss if you're a second too late? Tempted by exhaustion and a slew of other excuses not to drop everything and run to the beach for our third sunset, but knowing we only had a couple more sunsets to see, we dropped everything and sprinted to the boardwalk, over the dunes, and all the way to the edge of the world...to see God's Masterpiece. But what we really found there, was family...

The Virginia Aquarium on a rainy day...
The Goode girls, Dallas, and Naomi wait for a stingray! Tate-having no fear-pets one like he does this all the time!
