Gabber Mouth

Naomi is QUITE the talker these days (By that I mean she NEVER, not EVER, stops talking!). So, this afternoon, I asked her to be quiet. I told her that her talking non-stop was exhausting me and that she did not have to SAY everything she THINKS. I told her, "You never stop talking." She pondered that for a couple of seconds and replied:

"Yes, I do...when I'm sleeping."

Tattle Tale

Last night, I heard Naomi just WAILING upstairs (you know, the kind that is TOTALLY for show). She finally realized that her tactics were going completely "unnoticed," and heads downstairs. Mustering up the most pitiful and completely flabbergasted voice, she proceeds to tell me this:

"Mommy! Tate says I don't like Princess Peach OR PONIES!"

I'll be the first to tell ya, Tate has SOME NERVE!

Our 10th Anniversary Trip!

While our 10th anniversary was last January, Darby was only two months old at the time, so we postponed our big hoorah anniversary trip. Later in 2010, our friends, Erin and Heath were also celebrating their 10th, so we all went on a cruise together!
